Boarding at Oosterdokskade 8, 1011 AE Amsterdam, next to the Chinese restaurant Sea Palace, about 5 minutes on foot from Centraal Station, unless discussed otherwise. The departure location can be changed on request but not on Saturdays. Eveline, Titanic, Wolk, Roos and Old Queen list boarding "in consultation". Hilda: over 100 boarding and drop-off points in Amsterdam, free within the canal belt, a small fee outside the centre. Parking Garage Oosterdok is nearby. Packages board and disembark at Oosterdokskade 8.
Weather and cancelling
Terms (Flagship Amsterdam B.V., 1 Jan 2026, English version for convenience, Dutch prevails): free up to 8 weeks before; 8-4 weeks 25%; 4-2 weeks 50%; 2 weeks to 7 days 75%; under 7 days 100%. Force majeure: no liability, and business charterers are not entitled to refunds. Late arrival does not affect the payment obligation. Cancel or change by e-mail to info@amsterdamboatexperience.com (answered within 24 hours); change the number of guests at least 48 hours before, with the invoice number.
