- Home jetty is a private jetty at Ruysdaelkade 121 in De Pijp (a few minutes from the Light Festival route; P+R RAI nearby). You can board at several other locations; they are colour-coded by sailing time from the office and cost EUR 110 per hour excl. VAT for the voor- and terugvaart: green 0 minutes, yellow 30, orange 45, red 60, blue 75, purple 90. Around the city harbour in Amsterdam Zuid there are no voorvaar costs. Almost any public jetty works (Rijksmuseum, Centraal Station, the town hall on the Amstel) and hotels. Event boarding points: Leidseplein (Leidsekade 100) for the Light Festival drinks boat and Deluxe dinner, Middenkom in front of Centraal Station (Stationsplein 28) for the Loetje dinner cruise, Prinsengracht 261A for the Pride boat party.
- Weather and cancelling
- Private charters: the general terms are a Flipsnack document that could not be read. Ticketed products state their own rules: Light Festival drinks boat free cancellation up to 48 hours before, then a 50% refund; Loetje dinner cruise date changeable free up to 3 days before but "cannot be cancelled free of charge".
