On the day: Cruises are priced from the home port at the Room Mate Aitana hotel by Amsterdam Centraal (5 minutes walk; departure location given as Westerdokskade, parking IJdok 2a). Boarding elsewhere in and around Amsterdam costs pre- and post-sailing time: EUR 125 per hour excl. VAT on the boarding map (green no cost, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes by colour) while the FAQ says EUR 25 per 15 minutes. Water-taxi pick-ups are deducted from net sailing time.
Weather and cancelling: Cancellation by registered letter: less than 2 months before the cruise 15% of the total owed; less than 1 month 50%; less than 14 days 60%; less than 7 days 75%; less than 48 hours 100%. Package guest numbers can be changed up or down until one week before (minimum 15 guests per package, fewer guests possible at a higher price per person). A tour booked goes ahead in any weather (heated boats, can sail open or closed). A date is final only after phone or email contact. Payment within 14 days of invoice unless the confirmation says otherwise; advance payment may be required.
