- Free boarding and drop-off anywhere in the old centre; outside it, extra sailing costs depend on the location. Fixed piers: Singel 250 (web shop), Herengracht 605 and Geldersekade 8. The boat leaves at the booked time, a late start shortens the cruise. Last-minute: book online up to 3 hours ahead, otherwise call. Cruises with catering: online up to 24 hours ahead.
- Weather and cancelling
- Cancellation fee as a share of the invoice: up to 3 weeks before the cruise 10%; 3 to 1 weeks 50%; 7 to 2 days 75%; within 48 hours 100%. Cancel in writing; the date PCC receives it counts. Late arrival: the boat leaves on time and the cruise is shortened by the delay. Force majeure: no compensation either way.
