On the day
Private tours depart near Central Station at Oosterdokskade 8, next to the floating Chinese restaurant Sea Palace. Tell the colleague in orange your booking name on arrival and they assign your boat. Parking at Parking Oosterdok. Your skipper plans the route; ask for a special place before departure. Shared cruises leave from the Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank House or Central Station.
Weather and cancelling
Change your booking up to 48 hours before departure if you know it will rain. Refund and cancellation terms are not stated on the pages read; see privacy page and booking checkout. In rain on the day, skippers can shelter under a bridge until it passes, and in heavy weather some boats sail with a canopy.
