On the day
Fixed boarding point is Stationsplein; other central spots by arrangement. Bookings start at 2 hours (shorter trips still pay 2 hours). Boarding address Stationsplein 26. Boarding or disembarking outside the centre +EUR 40, Amsterdam Noord +EUR 60. Playing music on board is not allowed. Book 2-3 weeks ahead in May-September and for the Light Festival.
Weather and cancelling
Free up to 7 days before; 50% refund between 7 days and 48 hours; no refund within 48 hours or on no-show. The operator cancels (full refund) only in storm, thunder or technical failure per KNMI; rain does not cancel, the canopy goes on. Shared Light Festival tickets: free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
