On the day
Arrive 10 minutes early with a valid ID and your booking confirmation; a personal briefing and a water map follow at the dock. The EUR 100 deposit is by debit or credit card, not cash. A EUR 10 discount applies when you depart between 09:00 and 12:00 (one page says 09:00, 09:30 or 10:00). Stag and hen parties are not allowed. Music and speakers are banned (fine from EUR 220).
Weather and cancelling
Terms: a confirmed booking cannot be cancelled for a refund. If rain, thunderstorm or storm is forecast you can change it free up to 24 hours before and postpone up to 1 year. Cancelling under 24 hours before, or a no-show, owes the full amount; arriving over 1 hour late without a call too. If the lessor calls it off for bad weather, the rental sum is refunded. The booking page itself says "Free cancellation" and "Free changes", which is more generous than the terms.
