Boarding is by arrangement at Singel 299k, Amsterdam ("in overleg"). Route is agreed in advance with the operator.
Weather and cancelling
Terms (the Classic Canal Tour general terms, linked as "Algemene voorwaarden" on every page): cancel up to 8 weeks before EUR 100 admin fee; 8-4 weeks 20% of the fee; 4-2 weeks 50%; from 2 weeks before 100%. Must be in writing to info@rederijgriffioen.nl. Weather or water level that makes the trip impossible or irresponsible (the operator decides) is force majeure: the same trip is offered at another time at the same price.
