Hours
Mo-Su 09:00-22:00
On the day
You get a clear explanation of the controls and rules, a water map with suggested routes and a phone number for questions on the water. Bring a card for the EUR 100 deposit (no cash). Do not leave the area on the map; use the white light after dark; the captain stays sober; no music, no yelling; no glassware. Max speed 6 km/h; keep to the right. Return the boat to the same dock before sunset (unless agreed in writing); the FAQ says you cannot leave it elsewhere, the boarding-locations page says "you also decide where you leave" (conflict). More than 15 minutes late costs EUR 30 per quarter hour. Bring valid ID for the deposit. Cleaning charge of at least EUR 50 if the boat is left with waste. Insurance excess EUR 250 per incident.
Weather and cancelling
Pages say free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip; in heavy, prolonged rain or thunderstorms a booking can move to another date free of charge. King's Day and Pride have different rules. The general terms (art. 7) are stricter: cancelling less than 48 hours ahead, or a no-show, means the full rental amount is owed. If you are more than 1 hour late without calling, the full amount is owed. In bad weather the lessor can end a rental and refunds half the unused time (art. 2).
