- Fixed boarding: Oosterdokkade 8 for sloep and salon boat, De Ruijterkade 14 for passenger ship and event ship. Boarding at almost any quay in Amsterdam on request. Choosing another public boarding place is often possible at no extra cost if operationally allowed.
- Weather and cancelling
- A reduction of more than 10% in group size counts as a (partial) cancellation under their terms; the final invoice uses the confirmed number. Rain: cruises normally go ahead (many boats have a canopy and heating; open sloops can close with a cover). Only extreme weather such as heavy storm can change or cancel a cruise, always after consultation.
