- Standard departure is Oosterdokskade 8, near Amsterdam Central Station. Hotel pick-ups on request (Waldorf Astoria, Pulitzer, Rosewood, Sofitel The Grand, Andaz and other central hotels); a minimum cruise time or surcharge may apply. Zaanse Schans tours typically begin along the Prinsengracht. Every booking is one private boat for your group.
- Weather and cancelling
- Cancel at least 14 days before for a 90% refund; within 14 days no refund (they try to reschedule where possible). Rescheduling costs a 10% service fee, and is not guaranteed within 14 days. If Boatboys cancels or has no availability you get a full refund or a new date. Force majeure (storm and similar) extends or moves the date.
