On the day: Boarding is by agreement; the fleet is not tied to one pier. The office and the Belle Epoque King's Day pick-up are at Oudeschans 2, by the Montelbaanstoren. Boarding or disembarking outside the old centre costs extra pick-up time (no amount stated). Catering can be collected in advance for EUR 50 (the old rates page said EUR 75).
Weather and cancelling: Cancellation (article 18): up to 3 weeks before departure 25% of the invoice amount; between 3 and 1 week 50%; between 7 and 2 days 75%; within 48 hours 100%. Quotations are valid 14 days and non-binding. Route may be adjusted for weather or blocked waterways, bridges or locks (article 12); force majeure suspends obligations with no compensation. Payment not in cash within 28 days of invoice; beverages are invoiced on actual consumption.
