- Boats lie directly at the quay at Mauritskade 3, two minutes on foot from tram and metro stop Weesperplein; look for the dark-blue cargo bike, where you get the leaflet with the sailing map and rules. About 15 minutes before departure an SMS link starts the boat. Parking is possible but public transport or bike is advised. No toilets at the dock.
- Weather and cancelling
- Cancel online up to 48 hours before for a 25% charge; rescheduling to another date is free if you ask in time. Inside 48 hours the rates page offers a credit for a future booking, the Dutch FAQ says no refund. Terms: inside 48 hours only for a KNMI code red, which moves the booking to a credit. Kingsday and Pride bookings cannot be cancelled. Late return is settled from the deposit in 15-minute blocks at the regular rate (terms say double).
