Spanish wine cafe under the Rotsoord water tower, pouring serious wines with pata negra (Iberian ham) at friendly prices. The terrace sits on the west bank of the Vaartsche Rijn; there is no confirmed dock, so the nearest legal tie-up is the Oosterkade 6-hour zone a little upstream.
